“What I Is?”

In a lot of ways this project represented my journey away from theatre and towards film. The idea for the project came to me in Junior Year of college while I was studying theatre at NTI. I was curious about the differences between the media of theatre and film, and I wanted to create a piece that explored the different means by which these media could tell stories and reach an audience. The circumstances did not permit a full exploration of the original idea, but it became an independent study project that I completed with the Williams College Theatre Department in my senior year. This is a story about the act of creation and its consequences.
