I am a storyteller. Since I was a kid copying Abbott and Costello routines around a family campfire, I have been telling stories. I wouldn’t say I’m the kind of person who has “always known” that I was meant to be in the arts and entertainment, but over the past few years of theatre, singing, improv, etc. I’ve put two and two together. I want to tell stories through film and television, through plays and songs, as an actor and an animator, as a director and a dancer, with words that I speak and with words that I write. Stories are spiritual sustenance and refreshment. We turn to them for guidance and comfort. I dream of telling stories that awaken people, making them aware of the beauty and terror of life, the joy and anguish of being human.
